Four things that are true here

Not values on a poster — these decide who fits and who does not.

Numbers over opinions

Every size on a drawing traces to a calculation. Nobody here is asked to defend a figure they cannot derive.

Site is the exam

Design that cannot be installed is not design. Engineers here go to site and see their drawings become pipework.

Say it early

A problem raised in week two is a coordination item. The same problem raised in week ten is a variation. We reward the early flag.

Learn the whole building

You will not be locked into one discipline. Mechanical engineers here understand the electrical implications of their plant, and vice versa.

MEP Design Engineer

Take a scheme from architectural layout to coordinated construction issue: load assessment, plant sizing, system selection, drawings, calculations and specifications.

Mechanical or Electrical 3–7 years Full time · Nairobi

What we need

BEng or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD as everyday working tools
Ability to size systems by calculation and defend the numbers in a review
Working knowledge of BS EN, CIBSE and IEC design standards
Progress towards EBK registration

Navisworks clash detection
CFD or hydraulic modelling
Experience across more than one building type

BIM / Revit Technician

Model MEP systems to LOD 350, run and report clash detection, maintain families and templates, and produce the sheets that go out under a professional engineer's signature.

What we need

Diploma or degree in an engineering or building-services discipline
Strong Revit MEP modelling, including families and view templates
Navisworks federation and clash reporting
Drawing production discipline — title blocks, revisions, layer standards
Attention to detail under programme pressure

Dynamo scripting
ISO 19650 information management
Point-cloud or as-built survey experience

MEP Site Supervisor

Hold the installation to the drawings: inspect first fix, witness pressure and air tests, chase deviations, run the snag list and see the systems through commissioning and handover.

Construction Supervision 5+ years Project based · Kenya & region

What we need

Diploma or degree in building services, mechanical or electrical engineering
Proven site supervision on live MEP installations
Ability to read and interrogate MEP drawings and schedules
Testing and commissioning experience across at least two disciplines
Clear written site reporting with photographic records

Fire, medical gas or pool systems experience
Regional site experience
NCA site supervisor accreditation

Draughtsperson

Produce and maintain the drawing set — layouts, sections, schematics, schedules and as-builts — to a consistent house standard with proper revision control.

What we need

Certificate or diploma in draughting, or equivalent proven output
AutoCAD to a high standard; Revit an advantage
Understanding of MEP symbols, line types and drawing conventions
Methodical approach to revisions, issue sheets and file naming

Graduate Engineer & Industrial Attachment

A route in for graduates and students on attachment. You will work on live packages under a professional engineer — calculations, model work, site visits and commissioning — not photocopying.

All disciplines Graduate / student Structured placement · Nairobi

What we need

Studying towards or recently completed a relevant engineering qualification
Genuine interest in building services rather than a placement to tick off
Willingness to be corrected and to redo work until it is right

Our Process

How we hire

Four steps, no unpaid multi-week test projects, and a straight answer at every stage.

Apply

Send a CV and a short note saying which role and why. If you have drawings, models or calculations you are proud of and are free to share, include them — they tell us more than a covering letter.

Technical conversation

A working discussion, not a quiz. We will talk through a real design problem and see how you reason about it. Saying "I would check that" is a good answer.

Practical exercise

A short, paid or time-boxed exercise relevant to the role — a sizing calculation, a model task or a drawing mark-up. We tell you what good looks like before you start.

Offer & induction

References, terms and a start date. Your first weeks are shadowed on a live project with a named engineer responsible for bringing you up to speed.
